We heave just received word that Repower America is shutting down field operations in Tennessee because of "financial and political realities."
I'm going to take a wild guess that one of the "political realities" is our Congressional delegation, particularly our two U.S. Senators who never met an energy industry executive or lobbyist they didn't like (score: Alexander $663,125, Corker $521,615).
Repower America is also discontinuing field operations in Iowa, Arizona and New Mexico.
