According to a report in today's Knoxville News Sentinel, Knoxville City Council member Rob Frost is bringing a resolution to demand a report from Knology on the progress of their cable system build-out and community television programming, both of which are years behind schedule.

Council Member Steve Hall says in the article that Knology has a seat on the community TV board but they haven't shown up at any board meetings since they got a state franchise.
