There's a dangerous meme being created here. There's somehow gotten to be this idea that having a carry permit makes one the equivalent law enforcement as far as protecting everyone. 8 hours of cram session does not make you capable of much of anything except being legally armed.

Seems now the 'victim' in this altercation has been arrested along with three others, the result of a drug deal and attempted robbery.

And two of these upstanding citizens brought their three children with them.
