Details are still a little squishy re. who sent the inappropriate email from where and who received it, but it appears to have originated from a Democratic legislative intern. NIT is trying to track down the details as they are being oozed out by the source.

At any rate, this kind of stuff is out of bounds no matter who it is. Presumably this person will get at least a reprimand, similar to the staffer yesterday. Sounds like legislators need to have a policy and sit these people down and explain it to them.

UPDATE: Apparently there is a pretty clear policy.

UPDATE: He was a temp worker and a Republican, working for a Democratic rep. He's been dismissed (update, or resigned.)

Mole at Work

Somebody said his Facebook page claimed he's a liberal, then why are all the newspaper accounts saying he's a Republican? Sounds like a mole to me.
