I think Krumm's on the mark. Whoever is viewed as being in charge in Nashville will have to deal with the fallout of a budget disaster. Undoubtedly several house republicans, if you caught them in a moment of candor, would concede that the easier path this year is to pass blame rather step up to the plate and put their rhetoric into practice.
