Yeah, that was a pretty shocking number. I guess it's based on damaged reputation and whatnot. Sounds like it would be hard to prove.

The three folks from the county brought along to justify seemed extremely challenged to say something positive about the project.

Like trying to say something nice about an accident and saying 'Well, nobody got hurt'

I don't understand why three county employees would be brought along to say anything. Especially when they apparently didn't really have anything to say. I assume they would have been directed to be there by a supervisor.
