Was frightened last night by a way loud thunder clap. Then there was nearly continuous lightning for 10+ minutes. Hope nothing was struck. A few years back a neighbor’s house was struck by lightning. Luckily very minor damage.
The thunder this morning shakes the house, feels like an earthquake.
Seems like we've had lots of rain this year.

Global Warming
I always had trouble envisioning what global warming was going to mean to this region. These high wind/severe front lines accompanied by droughts and floods and fires weren't wehat I was expecting though. I don't know what I was expecting.
