It looks nice! Your first one was a bit gory and gaunt, but this one is nice and plump and golden. How did it taste? You should try weaving the lattice next time. It's easier to do than you'd think.

How did it taste?

The one slice I've eaten tasted great. Local peaches aren't quite in season, so I used the South Carolina variety that Kroger's was selling for $1/lb. Sweet plump Southern peaches are also available at the Green Acres flea market on Saturday mornings.
