On the Rich Mountain Road it
On the Rich Mountain Road it appears they did a lot of clean up of down trees, etc. For the first 5-6 miles of the road the roadsides seemed to be scraped of growth. We didn't see these wild flowers until we started going back down on the Townsend side.
