The move comes after months of complaints about the new system. The food hall quietly removed the paid parking signs from its lot on Tuesday: "Just park and enjoy."
Good move.
Also, to me there should be a trolley, golf carts service, ferry across river, whatever that connects downtown, Old City, waterfronts, Sevier Ave, and Kerns. So you can park your car once and go to any of them.

Who knew the paid parking
Who knew the paid parking wouldn't be successful? Currently the only place you have to pay to park is downtown, or sports events. They'll have to be more successful to require patrons to pay to park.
Game days
It seems they should have an attendant on game days like any other business in the area. Provide a coupon for vendors to offset part of the cost. That's the only time to worry about freeloaders.
This is good news and I will make a point of patronizing the food hall now to show my support. I wasn't about to sign up for an app and now I'm glad I didn't.
What is it with the younger generation willing to give their personal information and tracking ability to every random app? Grumble grumble get off my lawn.
