Which one is the one with
Which one is the one with armed blogger security escorts?
Blogfest here
I noted a Blogfest right here a few moments ago. There were 80 guests on-line at 2:16 (that's 1:16, by the Knoxviews clock), when I logged on. Looks like 48 right this minute.
Is the 6th floor on some kind of communal coffee break, or have the wheels of commerce come to a screeching halt somewhere else, maybe???
Gun bloggers show when???
I think the Rightwingers are on the 21st; the Lefties are on the 28th; and the confused hippies will attend both.
And just to clarify for those missing the facetiousness of my comment---I'm just kidding! Please attend both if you can. Get to know your community and see that the person behind the blogging is much more than the scribblings you see on their sites.

I keep meaning to show for
I keep meaning to show for one of these. I can't make the 21st. Leadership meeting in Fla.
For the record, I can only
For the record, I can only make the 28th.

I was serious: Rich, Please
I was serious:
Rich,
Please don't count on me this time around...I'll wait until it comes back around to the westside. With my shoulder out of commission I don't feel confident about the Old City at night alone.

Mushy, don't let that stop you. We can provide a Security escort if needed. Many of us bloggers tend to be on the large side, and some of us also tend to be armed!

Sounds scary!
How come there's two? I thought it was officially moved to the 28th?
Is Mushy a little old lady,
Is Mushy a little old lady, or just a wuss?
How come there's two? I
I think I'm probably the reason. I'll be out of town on the 21st and I asked if it could be moved a week. When the suggestion to move it created chaos, we ended up with two. It's like Blogfest and clone of Blogfest.

blogfest and blogathon details
In an effort to make as many people happy as possible, the details about blogfests and the blogathon are posted here: (link...) . Thanks!!
Hope to show up too
Kind of scarey to come out of my virtual-reality shell, but I guess I could poke my head in for a moment or two. See you tonight.
