A drug problem?

Thursday, September 16, 2021. Two women were reported "doing lines off of the baby changing table in the restroom" at Kroger in Alcoa. One of the women was arrested for possessing heroin.

Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Police found two unconscious men along the side of Louisville Road in Blount County. Heroin and meth were found in the car.

Thursday, October 21, 2021. Two men driving a panel truck "with a “Two Men and a Truck” sign on the side were observed by police driving erratically. Police saw the truck run off the road, go airborne, and land on its side. Police found the driver and passenger unconscious. Shortly after arriving at the scene "the two regained consciousness." Meth and hydrocodone were found.

Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Police found a women unconscious in a car along side of Alcoa Highway. She had her two children in the car with her. The police had to revive her. She admitted to "snorting a small line" but didn't know what it was.

Tuesday, October 16, 2021. In a single car crash, "a car struck a utility pole around 3:45 a.m.

Tuesday, November 2, 2021. In a single vehicle crash, a tractor-trailer crashed off of Alcoa Highway at Shoney's down into a ravine around 4 a.m.
