Rhonda Gallman [Knox County

Rhonda Gallman [Knox County candidate for mayor], 50, is being held at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California. She was charged with preventing or dissuading a victim or witness from testifying in court, according to the sheriff's department. Her bond has been set at $100,000.

In January, a GoFundMe page was set up for Gallman. The page said she needed help traveling to California because her son was arrested, and she wanted to be there for him.
