According to the first-quarter 2018 Nielsen Total Audience Report, nearly half an adults’ day is dedicated to listening to, watching, reading or generally interacting with media.

The average time per day spent by U.S. adults watching TV is approximately 4 and a half hours, one and three-quarters hour listening to the radio, and three and three-quarters hour on the Internet using a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

I don't get it. When do people work, sleep, interact with live people? I'm pretty sure these numbers do not include the time getting paid to use a computer (of some sort).
