The TVA Board announced a 1.5 percent effective retail rate increase, which amounts to $1.50 more a month for the average resident using 1,000 kilowatt-hours per month. The increase will take effect with the 2018 budget year that begins Oct. 1, 2017.

The Board also approved plans to consolidate TVA’s Knoxville-area operations into a portion of the existing Knoxville Office Complex.

don't forget liability--whose?

In the News Sentinel article, the back and forth between TVA, Jacobs Engineering, and the courts is alarming because ratepayers might have to pay for their negligence. As I look at the pictures, I can't help but think these are domestic terrorists.
