We were joking about this at work...
I found an ad for people in my field.That the state department was hiring people in my field.Why ? I don't have a clue.This was a few months back. If I was 20 years old I might have considered it .Way too old now.
Actually, it can be a pretty good career for some folks...
My sister is a career foreign service officer and has had the opportunity to work in some fascinating places. It can be a tough life, but some really good work gets done.
