McCain autodialling Virginia residences with Obama is a terrorist calls
Submitted by metulj on Thu, 2008/10/16 - 3:53pm.
I just got an autodial message from the McCain campaign saying that Obama is directly tied to domestic terrorism, mentions various bombings from 40 years ago, and the murder of a judge. I waited, laughing, until the end to hear the name of the 527 pushing this thing. It isn't a 527, folks. It was McCain/Palin and was cited as such. The call gave a 202 call back number in the message -- there was no number in the caller id -- that I couldn't write down before it hung up.
Of course, they were just kidding and would buy me a beer. And it didn't really happen because I didn't record it. And if I had recorded it, it was a false flag operation paid for by ACORN and the Communist Party.
I got a beg letter today from the McCain campaign. On the outside of the envelope it says "EMERGENCY NOTICE" in red imprint.
Inside there's a donation form that says RNC Victory 2008 EMERGENCY MEMBERSHIP STATEMENT in red.
The enclosed letter from John McCain says Democrats "are stepping up their cynical campaign of distortions and outright lies."
He says we must "defeat the Democrats and their deeply flawed policies that embrace higher taxes, more government spending, socialized medicine, and surrender in Iraq."
No mention of terrorists, though.
Their goal is $30 million in the next 15 days. He's sending it out under color of the RNC because he can't do any direct fundraising because he opted for public financing. There's a friendly reminder that you can donate up to $28,500 to the RNC per calendar year.
Just got off the phone with the local Democratic office (not the Obama campaign). They said that the call back number is ringing to some poor doctor's office in Washington, DC. That's against the rules. But, whoops, just a small error. Sorry! Also, using a private number in a campaign call is also agin the rules.

I got an odd email yesterday from Logan Murrell's mother. Some of you may know Logan, that cute, precocious little blonde kid who's trying to make it as a C&W singer -- shes gotten a lot of ink and won a bunch of competitions and is really a sweet little kid.
Anyhow, I opened up the email, which was addressed to me and 47 others. The subject line was "Please watch this for me and forward if you will." There was a link to YouTube, and when I clicked it, instead of cute little Logan, there was this gross electronic buffalo fart "music" introducing something called "The October Surprise" produced by something called Illuminati Pictures, whose president Molotov Mitchell starts talking about how this i "the big one" that will disqualify Obama as a presidential candidate. It's mostly Phillip Berg, a nut bag Philadelphia lawyer who says he has proof that Obama's not "a natural born citizen."
I shot off a mean email to Logan's mom telling her to remove me from her email list, and it turns out she didn't even know what I was talking about. Evidently she got hacked somehow.
After exchanging several emails with her, I believe her and am wondering what the deal is, given that this vid is called "October Surprise."
Basically, its a nutcase attorney who's continuing to make the claim Obama is not a citizen. Since his birth certificate has been pretty much universally accepted as legitimate (even World Nuet Daily said they thought it was legit), his latest argument is something dealing with Obama having given up his citizenship due to his mother's second husband's residency.
I'd say the guy tilts at windmills, but that insults poor old Don Quixote.
Heh. I got played. I think the local Dems told me that as a pushback. Cool. Anyhow, McCain is a fucking bastard who isn't fit to fold sheets at my house let alone the White House.

This phone call is letting people know facts. Facts that the left wants people to forget. Even if Obama and his worshipers want people to forget that these facts are true it doesn't change the fact that Obama pals around with terrorists. Sorry to speak against the chosen one but I want to keep my "change" in my pocket until I determine what to do with it. I earned it and I am the best person to decide who I want to help with my money, not the government.
I earned it and I am the best person to decide who I want to help with my money, not the government.
The government is welcome to decide what to do with your money as long as they are hurting people with it, right? It's the helping people that seems to draw guys like you out of the woodwork.
Well, of course. Hurtin' and killin' people is God's will; actually helping out fellow human beings is what dirty Godless lib-burr-ulls and hoe-moe-seck-shew-ulls do.
Since the call didn't deal with the economy just ridiculous assertions and thinly veiled racism, you can now post something germane to the topic, or just go away. BTW, your taxes will go down under Obama's plan (and McCain's too at a much smaller degree), but that all requires Congress to pass the law.

How many organizations that help minorities do you contribute to now and how much? How much would you actually contribute to our public schools? How much would you contribute to the hard working community organizations that have helped poor people get ahead, helped women get the vote, and helped protect so many of our rights (like voting rights, workers rights, women's rights? To not give a damn about ALL our citizens, to not realize that the way we treat "the least of us" matters is immoral and selfish.
Republicans are selfish. They really hate their fellow Americans and they live in cowardly fear of them. Republicans only address the needs of the wealthy and comfortable, and they are the most uncharitable people on earth except for the tithing they allow their churches to demand from them and the money they donate to the RNC and NRA. Is tithing wrong? It does not allow people to decide who exactly gets helped with their money. Evangelical churches have been guilty of squandering thousands of dollars of peoples hard-earned money, yet you hardly ever hear Republicans rebelling against tithing.
There is nothing wrong with caring about people. Liberals have always been proud of this, and I have always been proud to be a Liberal. It means I have a soul.
I want to keep my "change" in my pocket until I determine what to do with it. I earned it and I am the best person to decide who I want to help with my money, not the government.
Then by all means vote for McCain so he can keep stealing your money and give it to oil companies and investment bankers. Plus that Sarah. She's hot.

What I would like to know is if Ayres had been responsible for killing over 3,000 Americans on one day, would the Democrats agree that he is a terrorist then? The issue of a future President having any, and I mean walking by him on the street, association with such an UNREPENTANT scum, and spare me the crap about him teaching college, is a serious one. It is no different than being concerned that McCain, a former POW, will either act recklessly, be too timid, or what would he really do in the White House with such an experience?
The real issue is why that Obama and his supporters are having to explain that he ever had anything to do with a scum terrorist. Obama should be harping on whether or not a former POW can have the balanced view he needs to be President and we all have a right to know whether or not a domestic terrorist will have an influence upon the next President. What sickens me is how every last Democrat seems to have no problem with such a scumbag-that is what scares me.

Fair enough:
Here are some good examples of "palling around" with terrorists and/or anti-Americans beyond the level of "walking by him on the street":
Which candidate contributed with his personal finances to an organization that a Congressional investigation identified as a terrorist organization? The investigation's committee report found that the organization "raped, tortured and killed unarmed civilians, including children" and that "groups of civilians, including pregnant women and children were burned, dismembered, blinded and beheaded."
Which candidate had political events hosted in the home of a convicted felon, a man accused of trying to subvert the Constitution and who used the national airwaves to call upon citizens to shoot federal officials in the head? Does that qualify as domestic terrorism?
Obama serving on a community board for improving education is enough to label him as "palling around with terrorists." What of McCain's association with a man who went to North Vietnam (and arranged Jane Fonda's famous photo op) and denounced the United States of America on Radio Hanoi...while McCain was in a North Vietnamese prison camp? McCain seems to think the actions of 60s radicals are forgiveable-- as long as the 60s radical isn't associated with a current political opponent. Of David Isfhin, McCain called him not an acquaintance, but a friend. McCain says also, ""We worked together in an organization dedicated to promoting human rights in the country where he and I had once come for different reasons. I came to admire him for his generosity, his passion for his ideals, for the largeness of his heart, and I realized he had not been my enemy, but my countryman . . . my countryman ...and later my friend. His friendship honored me. We disagreed over much. Our politics were often opposed, and we argued those disagreements. But we worked together for our shared ideals."

What I would like to know is whether losing your grip on reality is a precondition for becoming a right-winger or a consequence of it.
These aren't mutually exclusive.
This alleged nexus between Obama and Ayers is bullshit, and even McCain't knows it. It's a lie.
Ayers may very well be a scumbag, but it's a total non-issue. He's a sad footnote to a painful part of recent American history, and McCain't is trading what little is left of his integrity to push the button of Vietnam-era resentments in order to stimulate the bladders of the bed-wetting Republican crowd. It's all "Obama is a dirty fucking hippie" crap. Second verse, same as the [Kerry].
(Maybe now is when I should start my "Eric Rudolph = Republican Idealist" whisper campaign. I'm sure Joey will show up to tell us how the poor, misunderstood members of the Christian Identity movement have been unfairly maligned by SPLC, etc.)

MSNBC and CNN were covering this last night. They specifically mentioned Virginia and Ohio and I think North Carolina and maybe other states I don't remember. Somebody said they are spending $70 million on this robocall campaign in battleground states.

I occasionally mingle at social/community events with someone who bombed our high school as a kid. Does that make me unqualified for public office? Or just unqualified to be president.
Since this fellow is free to walk the streets of Knoxville, perhaps that explains why we haven't had any visits from presidential candidates. Perhaps us Ds should take up a collection to send him to a McCain/Palin rally.

Apparently, this call and others like them are going out all over the country.
John McCain, a man without honor.
That call is slightly different from the one I got, but the same George Mason poli sci undergrad voice.
