form over substance is what sank Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and while covers, photos, page 1 above the fold are nice, if it doesn't persuade the masses to pull the Obama lever, what have you really done?
Obama spend $200 million in the month of July and his probables are lower now than they have ever been. Obama's people are good, but can they win? Don't know, really don't think so.

Actually, Obama spent $55 million in July which, granted, is an absurd amount--but far less than your claim.
Anyway, this is an interesting episode in media management, but it will be forgotten two weeks from now.
