"A coalition of states is suing the Bush administration to force it to comply with a Supreme Court ruling that rebuked what justices called inaction on global warming."

Tennessee nor any city in the state involved. Would Knoxville even consider attempting to join as a plaintiff?

Eighteen states and two cities listed...

"The plaintiffs in Wednesday's court action include attorneys general from Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and the District of Columbia, plus the city of New York, and the mayor and city council of Baltimore."

Runnin' out the clock any way they can

What boggles the mind is that the Bush micro-managed EPA is refusing to comply with the Supreme Court's ruling last year on the basis that the Court didn't provide them a timetable to do so. How arrogant can they be?

This is just more justification for impeachment.

Causes of Global warming

Scientists in the U.K. have reported evidence that further refutes one theory of global climate change.

In the heated debate over global warming, there is an opposing idea, called the cosmic ray theory, which contends that climate change is simply caused by cosmic rays coming from the sun.
