.. it says that bush authorized the leaking of parts of the National Intelligence Estimate ... it was initially misreported on TV ... and bush does have the authority to authorize leaking classified material. it just makes it declassified.

Picture this . . . . . Bush keeps being Bush; Cheney keeps being Cheney; a fed-up electorate returns Democratic majorities to the House and Senate in November.  After gaining a Democratic Speaker of the House, impeachment proceedings can safely begin and America is thereby returned to a Constitutional government months before another presidential election.

It could happen if another election is not stolen this fall.
