I have to agree with this recommendation, and definitely for over here in Blount Co.
There was a newer one on Alcoa Highway that I liked better for a while, but they have gone way downhill.

Great atmosphere, mixed drinks that are never skimpy--beware the grande Marguarita--clean kitchen, nice staff, decent prices and great food! No frills. You'll feel like you are in Mexican cantina. Veggie stuff too.
