University of Tennessee Students Settlement Offer

Last week it was reported by the News Sentinel [1] that the University of Tennessee is ranked fourth in the nation for illegal downloads. The latest news, reported by yahoo.com [2], is that the RIAA is going to send out settlement offers to UT students before they are sued.
