In a ruling sure to make philandering spouses squirm, Michigan's second-highest court says that anyone involved in an extramarital fling can be prosecuted for first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony punishable by up to life in prison.

I'm going to pass this one on without a whole lotta comment.

I think it's best to let you folks read this one without me.

Could be worse ...

The punishment could be stoning or beheading, like they do in countries that are largely populated by adherents of that wonderful, sweet and oh-so tolerant Religion of Peace(MA™) ... Wait ... this is in Michigan, right? Where Dearbornistan is?

Stoning as a punishment for transgressions of religious law is a tenet of the mainstream religion in America, don't forget. It's a "law" that's on the books and ready to be pulled out at the proper time by the righteous.
