Geez, what a feast. Friends and family and a good hike and a nap, and a little football...Life is good.

But the conversation turns to other things as the kids take off to other houses in search of leftovers.

What do you think our country needs to do?

Get out...Stay...Send more targets to Iraq. Lot's of varying viewpoints on everything except that iraq is screwed up, it's Bush's fault, and nobody knows what to do now.

Bush had his shot but blew it, when he dismissed the Iraqi Army and turned over the rebuilding of the infrastructure to Halliburton. In all of history, there has never been a successful governing structure that did not have an involved local  middle class. Take away their jobs and leave thousands of weapons around for the taking and Iraq is a fine example of what you get.

But enough of that...We need a plan of our own, for our own Middle Class. We need a good national conversation of things that will become goals in the coming months. I don't agree with all of this but it's a good place to start.

Wow, Do We Have a Lot to Be Thankful for This Year. Now , About 2007....

Now...I'm feeling nappy. Is it a faux pas to snore in front of the TV with company in the house?

Peace...And I promise to eat less tomorrow...after the leftovers are gone.
