JDIII is through. Get used to
JDIII is through. Get used to this thought: Congressman Burchett.
I am no fan of Timmeh, but
(in reply to Knoxoasis)
I am no fan of Timmeh, but he'd only be embarrassing, not shameful.
You're leaving out the other
(in reply to Knoxoasis)
You're leaving out the other son, Zane, as a new heir apparent.
How?
How does he continue to get elected? Just who are the people voting for him, and why?
Yeah, who DID vote for him...and WHY?
Does his vague, confusing answer say that he supported and voted FOR the Violence Against Women Act?
Some folks from here visited his office in DCand asked why he was not going to help his constituents by voting to support 'paying the country's bills'. His answer was something to the effect that..."I can not allow those Democrats on the floor...to win". (I have seen that video.)
And who votes for him? A lot of the same who voted for Stacey...and the reason...just to keep him there, in Congress, like you all said...until the 'next Duncan in line' can take over...not earn it...just take it over.
He cannot point to one single bill, one single act he has taken to improve the lives of people here in our District...no jobs, no new Veterans benefits, no improvements to health care, no support for ending the WAR in Afghanistan, no increased taxes on the rich. Nothing.
