I downloaded it and installed it. So far it crashes (forced close)every time before I get to the end of trying to read it. I will give it a few more tries before I un-install.

Metro Pulse app not
Metro Pulse app not compatible with my Google/Asus Nexus 7 tablet. :)
UPDATE: just got Jelly Bean 4.2 pushed out, and now the Metro Pulse app installs.
