Oh, boy. Here we go. Researchers have found a drug that shows promise in reversing some cases of persistent vegetative state. Yeah, that's the same thing that Terri Schiavo had been suffering from. Now the know-nothings will now claim that "If we had just held on to Terri a little longer, then this miracle drug would have brought her back." My advice is to 1. Read the Flippin' Science behind the claim and 2. Remember, after her autopsy, it was found that her brain was almost totally atrophied. Prepare for this ugly, ugly, ugly  side of the GOP to rear its stupid head again with The Hon. Bill Frist offering his quality medical assessments from afar.

 
Note to Republicans: Please, oh please, nominate Frist for President in 2008. K? Thx.
