Bagged and minimally processed vegetables are being recalled all across the U.S. and Canada. This recall in response to a single positive result found on one of our products during random sampling by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

The recalled product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Mann Packing of Salinas, California, has initiated the recall. The products can be found under the product brands of Walmart, Trader Joe's, Mann, Signature Farms, and others.

The recalled products were distributed throughout the United States and Canada with "best if used by" dates from October 11 to October 20 listed on the front of the packaging. For recalled products distributed at retail and foodservice, product names, UPC codes and "best if used by" dates are listed at the link.

2 chicks and a farm - aka Garden Delivery CSA has high tunnels and grow year round. There is also a winter market hosted by Nourish Knoxville where farmers come and sell year round. It opens January 13 and runs every other Saturday through April. It’s held at the Methodist church in the 4th and Gill area.
