Jeffery Branham, Traffic Engineering Chief, City of Knoxville.
Brad Rutherford is VP Sales for Local Motors, the developer of Olli, the autonomous vehicle. Local Motors is focused on low volume manufacturing of open-source vehicle designs, using multiple microfactories. Brad is a graduate of Pellissippi State and UT-Knoxville.
Jeff Branham, Chief Traffic Engineer for the City of Knoxville, is overseeing the development of an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) in Knoxville that will accommodate emerging technologies such as autonomous & connected vehicles.
