KCSO Tyler Harber Report

Thanks to Sandra Clark at the Halls Shopper for posting the full KCSO Harber report. As Sandra mentioned, there will be more in tomorrow's Shopper (which may be online shortly), including an exclusive Tyler Harber reaction.

We have taken the liberty of combining the report, rescanned with OCR, so it is now in text/image format which is searchable with cut/paste capabilities. We also added bookmarks for the report sections and each exhibit.
