County Commission one step closer to Tyler Harber investigation

The Knoxville News Sentinel has this report on yesterday's committee votes to refer the question of a Tyler Harber investigation to the County Commission.

Arms' affidivit

So Mike Arms kept for some 18 months and then put in his affidivit Chad Tindell's computer username and password? Heck, Arms could've been hacking Tindell's computer for all we know.

And as for Arms going around telling folks he put the squeeze on Chad Tindell to not prosecute, that's another thing. . . .

What kind of affidavits are these? Is it customary to have sentences underlined for emphasis in an affidavit?

All affidavits were sworn on October 12th 2006. It seems the purpose of these affidavits is too answer questions before they are asked, in other words to prevent the need for an investigation.

In one of these affidavits Richard Moran confirms that caswalker.com was created by Tyler Harber.

Yeah, I was on nationally syndicated/XM radio tonight. Sorry I didn't get a chance to promote it. I had work related program activities and was trying to prepare for the show on short notice this afternoon.

(They contacted me on Friday and talked to me yesterday, but I wasn't clear if I would be on or not until late this afternoon. When they called to tell me I'd be on, I was scrambling to get prepared and there may have been a slight element of panic involved, having never done anything like that before.)

They will have an MP3 online by tomorrow probably. I'll post a link then. It was definitely an interesting experience.

P.S. Glenn Reynolds steered them towards me, so thanks to Instaguy for that.

Having never done this before, that was one of my concerns. The Mrs. said I did OK. Hopefully we will have the tape tomorrow and y'all can be the judge. Thankfully, they let John Jay Hooker riff at will, so I didn't have to say a whole lot. Although I had to bite my tongue a few times. But man, that John Jay Hooker, not to mention Tom Humphrey, those guys are walking talking encyclopedias of Tennessee political history. I was quite humbled.

Has anyone read Frank Cagles article in Metropulse... I think it is right on the money about Ragsdale... he is a power hungry backstabing fool...
