When the EPA chose not to hold a public hearing on new coal ash regulations in the community most impacted by the irresponsible handling of coal combustion waste, the people of Roane County organized their own. RoaneViews has a report on the "People's Coal Ash Hearing" held at Roane State Community College last night.
