I don't know. Sounds like a lot of hype.

The area is transforming into a major outdoor destination and will have a key role in transforming Knoxville, residential and commercial real estate experts said.

The developers have not secured any tenants yet, but have verbal commitments from a yoga studio and a coffee shop.

Lots going on in South Knoxville. It's an evolutionary process. I do look forward to change.

Saw that article a couple of days ago. Sad. Thinking about what could have been. What it is is better than what it was, but not as good as what it was before. Maybe an organic process is taking root. But I doubt I'll live to see the fruits. I get it. Time for me to let go and move on.

I dunno; house prices for larger houses here in IHP are way up there. I really have no idea what ours would sell for, but I'm guessing at least three times what we paid for it 21 years ago.

I would definitely rather have the one currently for sale on the boulevard at $154/sq ft than the one on Sevier at $187/sq ft.
