Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, which has operations in Knoxville, has named former Coca-Cola executive Brian Kelley to replace retiring CEO Lawrence J. Blanford. Kelley is giving up the CEO spot at Coca-Cola Refreshments, which he was to assume Jan. 1 2013, to join Green Mountain. Shares of Green Mountain are up 13% in pre-market trading.
