This month's Democracy for Knoxville gathering will take place at Sullivan's in Rocky Hill on Tuesday, February 12, at 6:30pm. This will be our second meeting at Sullivan's and you really should make an effort to attend. The food and service are both excellent!
Plus they have a good selection of beer.
Sullivan's is located on Northshore Drive in the Rocky Hill shopping center parking lot (map).
This, as always, is mostly a social gathering. We will spend some time talking about the Presidential race.
The East Tennessee Society of Professional Journalists is having a workshop for citizens and journalists on "Open Records – Open Meetings: How to get records & get into meetings," 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, in the Shiloh Room of the University Center.
