The City of Knoxville Parks and Rec Department, the East Tennessee Community Design Center, the Lake Forest Neighborhood Association and the mountain bikers will be there to talk about what's been done and what is being considered for the improvement and enjoyment of this natural area. Anyone interested in city parks and greenways is encouraged to attend.
