Former State Rep. Jeremy Durham, who was expelled from the legislature after being accused of misusing campaign funds, sexually harassing nearly two dozen women and having sex with one of them in his office, is now suing the state for lifetime health insurance and pension benefits. The Franklin Republican claims his ouster was unconstitutional and that he was denied due process.
