Puerto Rico is desperately in need of assistance. I'm sorry, this is an understatement.
"Well maybe from where she's standing it's a good news story," Yulín Cruz [San Juan Mayor] told CNN's Alisyn Camerota after she was played the clip on "New Day." "When you're drinking from a creek, it's not a good news story. When you don't have food for a baby, it's not a good news story. When you have to pull people down from buildings -- I'm sorry, that really upsets me and frustrates me."

President Donald Trump
President Donald Trump launched a Twitter attack Saturday morning on San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz for "poor leadership ability," saying she and others in Puerto Rico "want everything to be done for them when it should be a community effort."
Such a hateful, childish man. He is not a leader.
