Very presidential.
Very presidential. Compassionate. Impressive that he speaks with feeling.
GALVANIZED!
(in reply to bizgrrl)
Joe - Joe He's our man.
If he can't do it, nobody can!
I've had family members
I've had family members who've tried to convince me that Biden had dementia. There is no possible way a person with dementia could give a speech such as this. It wasn't a photo op as our present commander in chief seems to only seek, it was a well thought out and perfectly presented speech that I personally feel was one of the best I've heard. How can anyone in their right mind, other than the top 5% of the nation's wealthiest who's only goal is to profit off the other 95% of Americans, not vote for Biden? It astonishes me that there are still people who won't.
polls
In the news:
Tuesday's national polls showed that Joe has up to a 14% (depending on who you ask) lead on Donald!

Lindsey Graham Chokes Up Talking About Joe Biden
It was a great speech. Joe
It was a great speech. Joe Biden has the experience and character we need to lead our country. It is an advantage that he is not programmed like a machine to give phony answers. He speaks from the heart and his empathy for people is very real. His personal qualities are admirable. He is honest and has been a public servant to be admired. His dedication to his family and friends is amazing. He has dealt with tragedy and made good decisions under pressure. He will compromise and get things done rather than take an all or nothing approach. He will use his experience to regain the trust of our allies and stand up to Putin. Unlike our wannabe dictator Trump, he cares about Americans.
Joe Biden will be elected President on Nov. 3. When the results of the Florida vote begins to come in at around 7:15 election night, it will be apparent Biden will win Florida's 29 electoral votes and that will mean Joe Biden will be sworn in as President on Jan. 20, 2021.
The House and Senate will be controlled by Democrats when the new congress takes over the first week of Jan. and they will immediately begin to repair some of the damage Trump has done to the country. Our 4 year nightmare will be over and Trump could be in jail where he belongs by the spring. With the Dems controlling Congress they will be able to make D.C. and Puerto Rico states and pad their Senate majority in 2022. They will be able to make long over due adjustments to the size of the SCOTUS and federal courts, and help Americans by lowering the medicare age to 60 and raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour. They will be able to focus on preventing the destruction of our environment and taking measures to slow climate change. They will change the tax code to make the wealthy pay their fair share . Hopefully, they will begin to make the U.S. a fairer society for everybody. They will try to improve the lives of ordinary citizens and give minorities including native Americans some of the attention and rights they have always deserved.
The ignorant and racist Trump supporters will come away with the realization that the days of the white male making most of the decisions in America are over. The election results will focus attention on the future and all the many changes we need to make our country a have a fair government that treats all our citizens equal. With the demographic changes occurring in our country, it is nearing the end of white male dominance in our country. We will have more women and minorities in government and finally they will begin to have the influence on our laws that has always been needed. I will be celebrating on Nov. 3. I love it when a plan comes together! This is going to be so good.
I pray that all my misguided Republican family and friends will begin to see the light and never again support the policies that the mentally unstable Trump has advocated. We will never be able to repair the damage that Trump and his cronies have done to our country or the suffering and death he has caused but hopefully his supporters that share the blame for his mess will have learned a lesson and never let this nightmare happen again.
Biden is everything you said
(in reply to Mike Daugherty)
Biden is everything you said he is, yet Republicans will make him out to be the worst possible person in this world for the job.
Republicans will make him out
(in reply to JaHu)
Republicans will make him out to be the worst possible person in this world for the job.
That's who they are and what they do. They're now giving away their game by increasingly admitting they don't value democracy. (link...)
