I know Senator Clinton has worked for years to cultivate the image that she's a "tough guy" when it comes to terrorism (see the Iraq war). Florida State Representative Don Brown has introduced a bill (HB 1007) to create a Confederate Heritage license plate. Brown's district is in the panhandle, nestled right next to the Alabama border.
